You will find a confirmation of your registration in the inbox. Check your spam or junk mail if you can’t find the email in your inbox. Then mark the e-mail as a “safe sender” so that you also receive the valuable follow-up e-mails.
Put the date in your calendar
Note the date in your diary of this breathwork session, and really reserve this time for yourself. Make sure you don’t have any important appointments after the session, and work towards an intention that you want to use. For example, think of something you want to discover about yourself or want to let go.
