I’ve been exactly where you are. The cause may have been different, but like you, I was stuck in my life.
Stuck in a spiral of negative thoughts and feeling dissociated, the same patterns kept coming back into my life, and I ran away from what I was feeling inside. My body was full of tension, and the slightest thing made me angry or upset. I can still remember telling myself that I will do better tomorrow, but every day I got stuck. Until I couldn’t go any further. Locked up at home, cut off from the outside world, I had the choice: carry on or take responsibility for myself and start my own inner work.
That was 10 years ago. I made the step inside and started investigating what I always ran away from. I learned to understand and accept what happend to me: it made me who I am. And I can love these parts of my past and myself. I started to forgive myself and others who have hurt me. I moved on. I started to experience freedom. And now I help others to do the same.

This is what you’ll be doing over the next period:
ONE |
Consciousness Development
In this first step you will build a solid foundation so that you feel safe in your body to get ready for the deeper transformation work.
You are going to create clarity about who you are behind all the masks, and you create an overview of what has happened in your life.
You will explore themes and certain patterns that keep repeating in your life, things that are hidden beneath the surface, and we will look at which defence mechanisms you use to “survive”.
You will be given various tools that you can apply to create more peace and balance in your life. This is also the time when you start integrating a new lifestyle, to focus on the things that are important during our journey.
TWO |
Transformational Work
Now you have built a solid foundation, you are ready to work on the deep emotional blocks and traumas. Using different healing modalities we go slowly to the core of the problem, and bring up what is needed. Here you’ll start to heal your wounds, build emotional resilience, close off old pieces to create space and restore the connection with who you are.
Some of the modalities that we include during our sessions are:
- Family constellations: look at the deeper layers in your family system. This will give you a clear view of what is happening in your system, and what does and does not belong to you personally.
- With transformational breathwork you will release the emotional tension and stress that is stuck in your system.
- Meet your inner child, and restore the bond. Giving the younger parts of you what they needed when you were younger to self-soothe and re-parent yourself.
- Trauma Release Exercise to release tension and stress that is trapped in your nervous system.
- With regression we dive into hidden childhood memories to investigate which pieces have not yet been processed.
- Because body and mind are connected, different embodiment practices will move you into your body to feel what is going on inside you.
- And with this there are many other techniques that we use to heal and let go.
THREE |
Start living from authenticity
You have now found peace and acceptance in the things that have happened to you. Old patterns and beliefs are no longer part of your life. You are starting to stand in your own power, full aligned, discovering who you truly are.
I am here to support you during this transition. Because you are now a lot closer to yourself, you have learned to trust your own intuition and wisdom, it will be clear for you which way you want to go with your life.
That is where I will guide you with in this last part of the journey, by taking those first steps into new direction that you want to take with your life.

The Emotional Development Course
Learning and theory: gain a deeper understanding of how your body and mind work together related to stress, emotions and trauma. This time for self-study typically facilitates those “aha moments” when you discover how everything relates to one another!
Stress, brain and the Nervous System
Understand the way your brain and body are designed to operate, and how your system is responding to stress and trauma.
Breath Awareness
The breath is the bridge between body and mind. You will learn how breathing plays a major role in your daily life, and how you can improve it.
Trauma and emotions
Now that you understand the basics of how your brain and body are designed, you take a closer look at what emotions and trauma are and how they can influence your life.
Subconscious and childhood influence
How does your subconscious work, what is the inner child and how does all this affect you now that you are an adult.
Family System
Gain knowledge of family constellations and learn all about the father and mother wound.
Energy
Your energetic body: how does it influence your life and how can you use it to your advantage.

Hi, I’m Didier!

Is this therapy?
Nope! Coaching is different from therapy in that a coach cannot diagnose or treat mental illnesses. As a coach I motivate, support, reflect and mirror you to bring clarity on who you are, and to create awareness on your patterns and behaviour. We work with clear goals that you want to work on to achieve the desired result.
With inner work you receive the right tools to heal trauma and to take care for yourself. You will develop coping strategies for self-destructive patterns and negative emotions to prevent relapse. Important to understand is that you are the one who is doing the work, where my role is to support and guide you in every possible way.
Is this therapy?

How do I know if coaching and inner work is right for me?
Coaching and inner work is not a good fit if you’re currently experiencing a crisis. In this case, I recommend seeking out a therapist. Coaching and inner work is great if you already built some insights and awareness around your trauma, by either doing self-healing work or by seeing a professional. If you feel ready to look inward, willing to see what is there, and committed to invest in yourself to do the work, then this is for you.
Before we start our journey, we first have a free discovery call to see if we are a good fit and if I can help you with that what you want to reach.
What is the difference between a transformational and a space holding session?
A transformation session is the moment that you get coached and receive the tools to do the inner work. These sessions take at least one hour to maximum 2 and a half hour. I think it is important to help you, and therefore I will not pay attention to the clock.
Holding space sessions are sessions that you can use when you get stuck in your healing process, or when you need someone to listen to you. These sessions take around 30 minutes. Here I am to listen to you without using tools or coaching as we do during the transformational sessions.
