My coaching and breathwork session has been above wonderful. I went in without any expectations and just allowed myself to go with a flow. I loved that first I had a chance to talk and dive into what’s stopping me from moving forward and the feeling of being overwhelmed. These two powerful tools are brought together in a 2-hour single session.
With coaching you will become aware of your distractions, learn how to deal with them, and make a plan to move forward. I create a safe space for you to share, and by asking the right questions I will help you find the clarity and direction you long for. It is important to me that you feel yourself seen, heard and supported.
Breathwork brings you back into alignment. This powerful tool helps you to clear your mind and system of any mental, emotional, and energetic blockages. By creating inner space, you can reconnect with yourself, giving you a clean slate and pointing your compass to where you need to go.

Here’s how it works
You first book a free connection call to open up a deeper conversation about what you want to work on. Here you can bring in all your questions, and I’ll be asking some as well. We’ll see if this is an aligned fit for us both. If it’s a hell yes, you can book your session.
A session takes around 2 hours, where we start with coaching. When you’ve found what’s blocking you, we’ll begin breathwork to release it. We close by integrating the breathwork and possibly some more coaching.
Aftercare is an important part for me. If you have any questions about your session afterwards, I will be happy to support you by e-mail.

Why Coaching & Breathwork?
I always say that those who control their breath control their mind. It is the mind that holds us back in our growth and development. We get distracted by the drama, doubt, and other thoughts that run through us. This is one of the main reasons why we don’t know what we want, lose direction, or don’t take the steps we should take.
In 2013 I started to learn a little more about breathing because I was feeling anxious, lost, and directionless. 3 years later I started my first training as a breath coach where I learned how to use the breath to remove emotions, trauma and blockages from your system. Learning to breathe again helped me get closer to myself and create space within.
What I noticed in the breathing sessions I gave is that many people needed coaching. Not only to let go, but also to be heard. To gain more clarity about what they want and where their pitfalls are, and to find direction in their lives in order to pursue their goals. That is why I now bring the breathwork together with coaching – because it’s much more effective!

Will one session be enough?
Good question, and an interesting one. A single session is enough to make a big step forward and gain more clarity and direction. However, with bigger issues, often several sessions are helpful to get to the core of a blockage or trauma to get through it 100%.

How does a session work?
A session lasts about 2 hours and takes place online via Zoom. It all depends on how you show up and what is needed. But generally, we start with coaching, followed by breathwork. Afterwards there is room for sharing + some more coaching and integration of your experience.
When you decide to join a session you receive some tips + instructions, and a list of contradictions that are related to the breathwork. I am also available for aftercare and support via email.
What kind of breathwork do you use?
Breathwork is the collective name of the many names that are used today. Think of Wim Hof, Rebirthing, Transformational breathwork, Holotropic breathwork, etc. They all use circular breathing with a few minor differences here and there. The type of breathwork I use is transformational breathing.
The breathing technique used in transformational breathwork causes the thinking part of your mind to fade into the background. This allows you to enter a (deep) state of your subconscious. This is the place where unprocessed emotions, blockages, and traumas are stored. By going through it, you shine light on exactly what is holding you back from fully empowering yourself. The breathwork helps you to let go of what no longer serves you so that you can regain your strength and move on.
I signed up to work with Didier because I was trying to solve some problems for my business which I suspected were due to some limiting beliefs that I wanted to shift. Didier held space for me to express and explore what I was bumping up against, all while asking guiding and supportive questions. I appreciated Didier’s ability to offer insights and reflections which helped me put some of the puzzle pieces together which I would have missed without him. The breathwork session was particularly profound. I’ve seriously practice yoga, meditation, and breathwork off and on for years but I’d never experienced anything like what he led me through. I can’t quite explain the physical sensations and state of mind that it put me in but I will say that afterwards I felt quite ecstatic and light. Between the coaching and the breathwork I left the session feeling a greater sense of direction and assuredness regarding the business and I had a new sense of awe for the power of the breath.
